Return & Exchange Policy

• You may return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• To qualify for return or exchange, products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
  
• All return and exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for delivery charges when sending items back for exchange.
• In cases of damage, leakage, or receiving the wrong item, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.

High-Value Orders

• For orders above Rs.4,999, we offer exchange only. Refunds are not available for these orders.
